Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm (40 hours)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fresh Direct Finance Team as an Administrator Apprentice, and gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the accounts receivable function. This is a key role to ensure the business receives payments for goods and services, and transactions are recorded accordingly.

The right candidate will develop a range of financial administrative skills, to become a pivotal support to the team, whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard with our selected training provider.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices​​​​​​
  • Reporting queries​​​​​​
  • Reconciling supplier accounts​​​​​​
  • Building key supplier relationships​​​​​​
  • Payment runs​​​​​​
  • Investigating and resolving supplier queries.​​​​​​
  • Working closely with our Procurement and Stock department ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
