We may collect this information in a variety of ways including in application forms, CVs, from your passport or other identity documents, or through interviews or other forms of assessment. We may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as references supplied by former employers, or from background check providers or any recruitment agency you have used. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to us. However, if you fail to provide information when requested, which is necessary for us to consider your application, we will not be able to process your application successfully. Data sharing
We will only share your personal information with any recruitment consultancy you may have used during the application process or with other entities in our group. All our third-party service providers and other entities in the group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. If your application for employment is unsuccessful, we will hold your data on file for 24 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. This will allow us to consider you for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period, your data is deleted or destroyed. If you do not wish us to keep your information for this period, you may ask us to delete your information at any time. Your rights in connection with personal information
