We are currently looking for a Breakfast Assistant at Beech House in Thornbury.

Responsibilities and duties for the Breakfast Assistant role are:

· Ensure stocks are complete in the Kitchenette

· Ensure all Residents receive their breakfast when they are ready.

· To clean down the kitchenette after breakfast have been distributed

· Assisting with serving meals and drinks

· Assisting with other tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the home

· Attending and participation in orientation, mandatory and other training as require

Requirements for the Breakfast Assistant role:

· Motivated and flexible individuals to work as a member of our friendly team delivering high standards of care to our residents.

· Although we will consider applicants without qualifications or experience, the following would be an advantage:

  • Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment

HOURS

7am to 1pm on a rota.

Will include weekend working

PAY

As an employee (21 years +) you will earn

· Basic pay of £13.45

· 10% additional pay at weekends

· 50% extra pay on Bank holidays.
