After a great start we're looking to strengthen our team with a Manager who has the passion and determination to help people build the skills they need, find the perfect opportunity for them, and then help them thrive in their work.
About us
Persona supports people with learning disabilities and older people within Bury, Greater Manchester. We provide a range of services for adults who have learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs. These services are very diverse and offer a unique and exciting opportunity to empower the individuals in receipt of support.
About the role
As the manager, you'll take a lead on all aspects of the work including the performance management of the team, identification of referrals, and the management of lived experience roles. You'll ensure that the service operates in the right way with a focus on quality and outcomes. You'll support the team to develop and thrive and ensure the service develops a great reputation.
All roles will be hybrid with a mixture of working from home, at our Basecamp office or out within services and the community.
About you
We're looking for the right people to take this team forwards. You'll need to share our values and be passionate about enabling people to achieve their aspirations. We'll provide training to enhance the skills and experience which you bring to the role. We are true champions of flexible working so we're very willing to understand what working arrangements work best for you and to try and accommodate those if we can.
