About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2yrs+ previous care experience
  • Holds a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
  • Is kind, patient, respectful, and empathetic with a genuine passion for supporting others
  • Communicates well, works effectively in a team, and is committed to high standards of care
  • Can work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
  • Is comfortable with personal care tasks and supporting people with dementia

If you share our values and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you, even if you don’t meet every requirement.
