Wellbeing Assistant - Nights
£13.75 per hour rising to £13.85 after successful completion of training and probation period.
20 hours per week on a rota basis, 10pm – 8am which may include weekends and some Bank Holiday working.
You will need a full driving licence.
We provide support that enables positive outcomes to people living in three Extra Care schemes in Bury. These are Peachment Place, Falcon and Griffin and Red Bank.
About you
You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong effective working relationships with a range of people, to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses positive outcomes for people we support.
You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a ‘can do’ attitude and caring nature and you will want to see people be the best that they can.
About the role
You will be supporting tenants during the night with things like personal care needs. You will also be responding to tenants on an emergency basis at any one of our three Extra Care schemes across Bury.
A car is provided for work use if you need to travel between the extra care settings.
It is important to recognise that the people we support live in their own homes.
