About the Role

We are currently looking for 2 kind, caring and passionate Care Assistants to join our team, working night shifts at Whitefield House.

  • Shift pattern: 9:00pm – 8:00am (paid for an 11‑hour shift)
  • Contracts available:
    • 22 hours per week
    • 33 hours per week
  • Additional night shifts will also be available

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, person‑centred care, helping our residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Supporting residents with night‑time routines and wellbeing
  • Carrying out domestic duties as required
  • Assisting with laundry tasks
  • Supporting residents to maintain independence wherever possible

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally kind, caring and approachable
  • Reliable, professional and presentable
  • Experienced in caring for older people in a similar environment (preferred)
  • Qualified in NVQ Level 2 / Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards this
