Are you passionate about creativity, enterprise and making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you believe in the power of meaningful work to build confidence, independence and opportunity?

If so, Persona is offering an exciting opportunity for a creative enterprise lead to take the lead in a unique, hands-on creative service.

About you

We’re looking for someone with energy, creativity, and a strong belief in people’s potential.

Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable, along with a good understanding of health and safety and safeguarding.

You will be:

  • positive, flexible and have a “can-do” attitude
  • passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to thrive
  • skilled at building relationships and adapting your approach to individual needs
  • comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

About the role

This is not your typical role. As our creative enterprise lead, you will be at the heart of an innovative heat press and printing enterprise, leading both the creative vision and the day-to-day production.

You will work alongside people we support, helping them to design and produce high-quality printed products such as clothing, textiles, and promotional items. But more importantly, you will be supporting people to develop practical skills, confidence and a sense of pride in their work.

From guiding creative ideas and interpreting design briefs, to overseeing production and ensuring quality standards, you will play a key role in building an environment that is both productive and empowering.

You will:

  • lead design and production for a creative printing enterprise
  • support people to develop design, printing, and production skills
  • ensure high-quality outputs that meet our customers’ expectations
  • maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive working environment
  • oversee the safe use of equipment and ensuring health & safety compliance
  • promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in everything you do

In return for your contribution we will support you throughout your career
