Job Description

Registered Manager - Supported Living

37hrs - £47,181 rising to £48,226 on completion of Satisfactory induction, probationary period and registration with CQC.

Some days you'll wear many hats. Luckily, you'll look good in all of them!

At Persona Care and Support, we don't just provide services - we create opportunities for people to live meaningful, independent lives with dignity, choice and control.

We're looking for an outstanding Registered Manager to lead and develop our Supported Living services. This is not a role for someone seeking a predictable day. It's a role for a professional who thrives on challenge, enjoys variety, embraces accountability and can confidently balance strategic leadership with operational delivery.

If you're the type of person who can lead a team in the morning, resolve a compliance issue at lunchtime, support a family meeting in the afternoon and still find time to drive service improvement before the end of the day, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership, compliance, quality and performance of our Supported Living services.

You'll ensure the people we support receive outstanding, person-centred care whilst creating a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued, developed and empowered.

You'll be supported by an experienced senior leadership team, but this role requires someone who is confident and leads from the front.

This is a role that demands someone who can wear multiple hats:

  • Operational leader

  • Quality and compliance champion

  • Team developer and coach

  • Relationship builder

  • Problem solver

  • Systems and data-driven manager

  • Advocate for the people we support

Most importantly, you'll embody the values that make Persona Care and Support different.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a manager who combines strong operational experience with a modern, professional approach.

You'll be someone who:

  • Has experience managing Supported Living services and understanding of CQC requirements

  • Can confidently lead teams through change, growth and challenge

  • Is highly organised and capable of prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintains professionalism under pressure and can make sound decisions quickly

  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Understands that compliance and quality are foundations, not destinations

  • Is comfortable using technology, digital systems and reporting tools to drive efficiency and service excellence

  • Can analyse information, identify trends and use data to support decision-making

  • Holds themselves and others accountable whilst supporting people to succeed

  • Has a genuine commitment to person-centred support and achieving positive outcomes
