We are currently recruiting for a permanent role at 20.5hrs per week, based within our Extra Care Service at Persona Care and Support

We are currently recruiting to our Wellbeing Assistant team who work across our Extra Care Schemes at Redbank in Radcliffe and Peachment Place, in Bury. Whether you are looking to start your career in care, or looking for a new challenge, as long as you have a passion to care and always put the people we support at the heart of everything you, then we want to hear from you.

About you

You will have enthusiasm in everything that you do and the ability to develop strong effective working relationships with a range of people, to ensure a smooth, quality service that focusses positive outcomes for people we support.

You will be an enthusiastic, flexible person with a ‘can do’ attitude and caring nature and you will want to see people be the best that they can.

No one will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we're saying and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you!

About the role

You will brighten people’s days and support them when needed in an emergency. You will encourage people to live independent, fulfilling lives, developing friendships and social networks.
