Bring Your Passion for Dance to the High Seas – Senior Entertainment Host (Dance Couple)

Are you charismatic and love meeting new people? Do you take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences? Are you adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to keep events running smoothly—even when plans change?

If you have strong communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy entertaining guests through dance and social events, we’d love to hear from you.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Hosting a variety of onboard events, including ballroom and Latin dance nights, cocktail parties, and formal dinners
  • Acting as the ship’s resident dance couple—teaching, leading, and performing a range of dance styles across multiple venues
  • Promoting and ensuring guest awareness of daily entertainment and activities
  • Taking ownership of guest feedback and ensuring any concerns are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Supporting the wider entertainment team and other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable holiday experience
  • Participating in safety drills and assisting with crowd control in muster stations


What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have:

  • Experience working in an entertainment team, engaging with both families and adult guests
  • Proven ability to coach, choreograph, and teach a variety of dance styles, including Latin, ballroom, tango, cha-cha, and foxtrot
  • Confidence in hosting and presenting a range of events and shows
  • A strong team ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service


Crew are recommended to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations prior to joining a ship, if available
