SHORE EXCURSIONS ASSISTANT - P&O CRUISES

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in understanding our guests’ needs and guiding them toward the most suitable excursions — ensuring every experience ashore is memorable, enriching, and tailored to them.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Champion our shore experiences by promoting and selling exciting excursions that bring destinations to life.
- Be the go-to expert for guests, answering questions, offering advice, and helping them plan their perfect day ashore.
- Support onboard marketing efforts, create promotional materials, and take part in destination showcases and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics – from booking experiences to dispatching excursions and briefing volunteer escorts.
- Ensure every detail is spot-on, from paperwork to quality checks with our excursion providers.
- Help guests with special requests like car hire, mobility support, and private arrangements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of global destinations – you’re the kind of person who knows the hidden gems and local secrets.
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the leisure or cruise industry.
- Confident communicator with a great command of English.
- Comfortable using MS Office and handling admin tasks with precision.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
