This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable CRM Data Modeller to help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands, from within our growing Insight team.
We are looking for a fantastic insight professional to be the SME in answering business questions through data by looking at customer bases, building data models and making recommendations to the business about the changing consumer trends for both P&O Cruises and Cunard. You’ll be passionate about our Guests’ experience, an expert in looking at the effectiveness of the allocated budget and how marketing activities positively translate into bottom line, which will all contribute to creating unforgettable holiday happiness for our guests!

As part of an exciting journey to bring the guest into the heart of decision making within Carnival, the Customer Insights team develops strategic and tactical guidance to improve guest acquisition, reduce CHURN and increase advocacy. Responsibilities within the team include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), below the line marketing effectiveness including digital analytics, guest analysis to support trading decisions and improving the overall journeys to achieve true guest satisfaction.

We expect you to have a great eye for detail to see right through data and make commercially viable recommendations to the business. You should have gained experience in a similar complex data related role and have had exposure to making CRM recommendations to the business. You should be comfortable in working in a large matrix organisation and providing consultancy to other business units.
You will have passion for discovering new trends and presenting innovative data driven ideas that will help us optimise CRM strategy. You will exceptional communication and relationship building abilities, as you will be exposed to various external parties and internal cross-functional teams, who you will have to interact with and make recommendations to. You will strive in a constantly changing environment and adapt easily to varying requirements and priorities. You will have an approachable style with a ‘can do’ attitude and a highly evolved ‘customer service’ approach.
Additionally, you will have expert Excel and reporting skills, pragmatic approach to data analysis and passion for understanding market and business through ‘playing’ with numbers.
