We are looking for an experienced Entertainment Director to join our proud and charismatic team, travelling the world and exploring new places, whilst following the career you love.
In this fantastic role at Cunard you will have the opportunity to, oversee and review the effective planning of the extensive entertainment programmes on board for past and future cruises. Not only that, you will share your passion with your colleagues, develop and lead a group of up to 50 people, including the Production and Youth teams and supporting the wider performer and musical cast teams. You will also support the Youth Manager to develop the family entertainment programme and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.

To join Cunard Line in this fantastic role you must have the following:
- Experience working within or Managing the Entertainment on board a cruise ship and/or managing entertainment programmes in a large UK holiday setting or overseas resort
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Proven experience of working collaboratively to achieve demanding targets
