Our bartenders are an integral part of the bar team. As a renowned, iconic brand, you will be delivering exemplary, white star service. Working alongside an international and distinguished team, your task will be to make exquisite cocktails, as well as having a exceptional knowledge of beers and wines.

If this sounds like you, and you have the following experience, then we would love to hear from you:

•WSET Level 2 in Wines and Spirits / recognised bar qualification or equivalent preferred or relevant industry experience

• Experience of preparing cocktails within a 4 / 5 star bar or hotel

• Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English & Japanese
