The role of a Hotel Operations and Retail Manager is unique to P&O Cruises, and you would be have the opportunity to interact with all of the guests on board, identifying and developing the guest experience, ensuring unforgettable holiday happiness! Also you would need to ensure that you and your teams on board are maximising the revenue potential of the revenue streams, such as retail and spa, and that relevant opportunities and efficiencies are identified through effective planning.

- Degree in marketing or relevant discipline or equivalent ideal
- Experience of marketing sales promotions, market research and / or sales analysis
- Experience of working with the cruise, travel or leisure industry is highly desirable
- Experience of managing a team, preferably within a sales environment
- Experience of analysing and interpreting information
- Fluent English in reading and writing is essential for this position
