As CRM & Insights Executive at Princess Cruises you will be responsible for delivering and executing all B2C direct marketing communications. You will also project manage the Princess Cruises customer magazine and website - Journey. If you love travelling and getting under the skin of a destination and can portray that passion and discovery through print communications in a premium and consistent way inspiring people to book with Princess Cruises and helping guests to embrace discovery and relaxation in a way that makes them come back new - we're looking for you.

The Role

The Princess Cruises Marketing department communicates the brand and commercial requirements of the business to the consumer in order to support the overarching business revenue. In addition, the department provides meaningful analysis and insights to support the business with making the best decision. The CRM & Insights Executive will support the Senior CRM & Insights Manager to deliver and execute B2C direct marketing communications which are driven by commercial and insight led customer intelligence.

You will ensure that all direct marketing communications are planned and delivered to ensure that we meet our strategic objective of being a premium cruise line and support our Princess Difference brand pillars, whilst increasing the lifetime value to the business of all guests on the database and nurturing new to Princess guests through their customer journey.  This role will primarily focus on direct mail and the coordination of the Princess Cruises customer magazine and website Journey. In this role all customer touch points should be considered to exceed guest expectations whilst working with the various stakeholders to ensure consistency of message and a positive customer journey. 

About You

As CRM & Insights Executive to excel in this role you will have a clear understanding of marketing communication practices particularly in direct mail and print communications. You must have proven project management and coordination experience ideally in the leisure and hospitality industry and will naturally strive in a very fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You’ll have a creative and analytical mindset to identify opportunities, deal with issues autonomously should they arise as well as coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Minimum 2 years in a Marketing role / or travel experience.
     
  • Proven knowledge of planning and executing direct marketing communications.
     
  • Evidence of developing relationships with a creative/content agency.
     
  • Ability to create a good understanding of customers’ motivations and use this effectively to shape the content of communications.
     
  • You’ll be based at our Southampton HQ, with some travel to the ships when required.
