We are looking for a Business Manager  to cover a maternity leave within our P&O Cruises Brand, a key senior sales role managing key Travel Agent partners. You will have responsibility for the sales, commercial and marketing relationships with our Agent partners, delivering business objectives through the development of strong relationships. As a knowledgeable and successful Sales Account Manager, you will work collaboatively across a range of departments to drive our priorities. The way that we work with our travel agent partners is key to the success of our business. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with those companies, which in turn will generate new income business for P&O Cruises. As a successful Sales Manager, you will have the capability and resilience to work with our partners to make sure that our brands are the first thing they think of when their customers are asking about holidays. 

The Role

Key to the success of this role will be your ability to influence the sales channels, as well as being able to work within a culture of high performance, in turn hitting your KPIs and driving profit for the business. You’ll be tenacious and hungry for success and in return you can expect a competitive salary and bonus package. About You

You will come from a sales, marketing or relationship management background and will be able to demonstrate your ability to create and develop strong relationships. You’ll also be able to show a strong sales track record, as well as passion for the products you have worked with. If you come from a travel sales background then that would be advantageous but it is not essential for the role.
