This is an incredible opportunity to support Carnival UK’s two great brands, P&O Cruises, which has the largest UK market share of cruise holidays, and Cunard, a legendary luxury brand.
The business has invested significantly in a Single Customer View and a set of CRM tools and this role is crucial in developing appropriate insight, models and segmentation, which ensures the customer consistently receives a relevant Marketing experiences while endeavouring to optimise their monetary potential.

We would expect you to have a proven experience in a CRM role, preferably in Audience Data Strategy and optimisation of communication flows. You would have ideally worked in a large matrix organisation with various cross-functional SME teams. We would expect you to have previous success with leading and evolving CRM Analytics team and ensuring the visibility of team’s success.
This and fast-paced project environment will require you to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a great ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and adapt communication style and approach as necessary. You will have an approachable style with a ‘can do’ attitude and a highly evolved ‘customer service’ approach.
