Cunard has big plans for the future, with a fourth ship joining the fleet in 2022. We are seeking a high calibre Account Manager to join the UK sales team. Based at our head office in Southampton, you will lead our commercial relationships with a portfolio of key travel agent partners, defining our strategy and delivering our growth objectives.

The Role
As a Business Manager within the UK partnerships team, you will be critical to the performance of Cunard. Your role will focus on the commercial relationship with a number of our most important trade partners, working with them on the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans. You will manage and target advertising and incentive investment, driving execution that aligns with the business plan. In addition to building and delivering great plans with our partners, you will work internally across the business to support sales; marketing, finance, revenue management, sales operations and the contact centre will all be key to your success, and having effective relationships with colleagues in these functions will drive success.
Please see the Job Description for the full details.

About You

You will be engaging, outgoing, insightful, pro-active and determined, and you will be comfortable leading on day to day trading and discussion as well as long term strategy. As part of a larger team, you will be a strong collaborator, working with colleagues and others to support and define delivery.
