An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Onboard Events Executive to join the Cunard’s Guest Experience team on a permanent basis. You will be working within a talented team of subject matter experts for Cunard, which is the leader in setting the luxury benchmark in the cruise industry and operates three spectacular 5-star ships.



The Role


The overall purpose of the role is to plan and coordinate onboard events for Cunard fleet ensuring a guest focused approach and a coordinated and collaborative approach with the shipboard teams and event organisers. You will work with the Cunard Brand teams, Guest Services, International offices and the ships in creating and planning of on board activities including travel agent and Cunard prospect visits, media and filming requirements, group bookings, scattering of ashes and VIP requests.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and proactive individual, who can manage and take ownership for their own workload. As the role will require engaging with various ship and shore teams across geographies and cultures, you will need to express yourself confidently with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the business, and adapt the content and style appropriately. You will demonstrate an outstanding customer service attitude and flexibility towards various business demands and changes.
