The Role

In this highly driven sales role you will be working to increase the overall P&O Cruises and Cunard guest numbers by providing fantastic cruises and exceeding guest expectations at all times.  Naturally your focus will be on closing the sale by identifying the guests needs, matching the best cruise and additional service / products to maximise ticket revenue. 

If you are passionate about sales but also delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations then this is a role for you.  Within this Personal Cruise Advisor role you will understand what it takes to influence a guest to meet passenger, revenue and yield targets; all within company KPI’s to secure bookings in a way that is accurate and meets company guidelines.  Building relationships with both past and new guests is key in order to support them in making their cruise choice and you will focus on service, knowledge and ensuring you dleiver the best customer service.

 About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and who wants to develop this skill set with a premium travel brand.  Proven success in consistently reaching targets is essential along with the desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience at every point of our guests’ journey.  You will be able to make decisions within the boundary of your role and have the autonomy to manage your day to day activities.  You will be based at our Southampton offices, with some travel to our ships when required.  Please see full job specification for details
