As Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will be managing a team working to develop capability, drive performance and provide inspirational leadership ensuring everyone is Guest Obsessed.
You will be responsible for embedding the highest level of customer service and cleanliness for all guests onboard.
It will be your responsibility to be proactive in identifying best practice, sharing your extensive Housekeeping knowledge and delivering any changes to ways of working.
