As a Medical Administrator you will work as part of the medical team ensuring the efficient running of the department by providing high quality and professional reception and administrative service to our guests, crew and medical officers. You will need to work well within a team, providing clerical and administrative support to the medical staff whilst also being self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
You will play a big part in providing unforgettable holiday happiness to our guests by acting as the first point of contact and representing the Medical Team in the highest professional manner. The Medical Team also look after our crew on board; you will ensure that all enquiries from guests and crew are efficiently and courteously handled.

- Proven work experience as a Healthcare administrator / receptionist or relevant role within the health care sector
- Computer skills including knowledge of the use of databases and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
- A strong understanding of medical terminology and patient confidentiality
- Problem solving skills within sphere of own position with the ability to recognise when to refer a situation to senior staff
