Are you someone who is reliable and able to support the team to deliver quality cuisine?

As Head of Culinary Club, you will be responsible for the day to day management of our Culinary School, primarily the passenger cookery courses, but also facilitating our Celebrity Chef visits, tasting menus, dinners and wine tastings. This unique position will play an integral part in enhancing our culinary profile and overall passenger experience. You will need to use your inventive and artistic finesse, in addition to having a strong commercial awareness when delivering our wonderful course and menu options. You will be required to maximise all resources and budgets without compromising our high standards and ensuring overall passenger satisfaction is exceeded.

P&O Cruises require the following experience:

  • Significant operational experience in high volume catering facilities such as conference and events, banqueting or large scale 4/5* hotels
  • Managerial or supervisory experience within large galley/kitchen teams
  • Experience of teaching or training 
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Awareness of budgets and food wastage gained within a corporate environment 
  • Experience of working within a Cookery School and delivering courses is highly desirable
