We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboard Learning & Development Officer to join our team onboard either P&O Cruises or Cunard Line and support colleagues in their development and learning journey.

As an onboard Learning and Development Officer, within the Human Resources team, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate supervisory skills, behavioural skills, and guest service training across all the hotel and maritime departments. Through the identification of learning needs, you will work with shore teams and onboard leadership teams to support the design and development of training solutions, as well as the development of crew knowledge, skills, and behaviours.

To join P&O Cruises or Cunard in this fantastic role you must have the following:

  • Experience of delivering training within a cruise, retail, or hotel environment
  • Experience of presenting information and facilitating large and diverse groups
  • Previous experience with training delivery in supervisory skills, behavioural, product and service skills would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
