Our National Accounts team at Certas Energy are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our Warrington team. This is a full time and permanent role, working 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with the possibility of incorporating some home working.

In this role you will to manage and build relationships with specific National Account Key Customers day to day, to ensure the customers needs & requirements are satisfied in a professional, responsive & effective manner. You will be required to support the National Account Managers relationships with a selection of key customers and will also attend review meetings/calls in a supporting role and have specific objectives to meet the SLA’s in place with these customers.

You’ll have access to:
