We currently looking for a Administrator to join our friendly HR team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday out of our Birchwood, Warrington office. This opportunity will have a balance between home and office based working, while being flexible on your preferred working pattern and their may be options to extend this position or convert to a permanent opportunity where available.

As a Administrator you will be provide additional support to the Recruitment Team, through administering new starter forms, medical and DBS checks. You will also provide admin support on the internal Applicant Tracking System used to raise Job adverts, New starters and contracts. Furthermore you will be asked to provide ad-hoc support to the team where required for raising and processing a small amount of invoices and will be trained on the reporting function utilised by the team.

As an Administrator, you will monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to telephone or email queries from candidates and hiring managers, providing help and support and directing to the correct team member when required.

Previous experience within an administrator role is desired though not fully essential as training will be provided for this role as a Administrator. You should have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to this opportunity and you will be involved in working with the wider HR  team on ad hoc projects and tasks which will also allow you insight to different opportunities and training within the company.
