We currently have 2 vacancies for a Sales Negotiator in our Larbert office and we are offering a competitive salary for this position. This is a full time and permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for creating an understanding of customer needs so that they can be presented with the relevant products and services that will contribute to their retention, while Negotiating a sales price within the agreed authority structure to maximise fuel margin from every customer.
Our Sales Negotiators are responsible for the development of our domestic customer base, handling inbound calls and making outbound queries. You will be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential, through high performance and putting our customers first.
Further duties include:
- Deal with customers in a polite and courteous manner to maximise customer retention and exceeds customers’ expectations of service.
- Identify all current customer needs, and investigate future potential needs though effective account management, fully utilising the company sales approach, in order to present customers with the relevant products and services that will contribute to their retention
- Ensure customer complaints are handled in a polite and effective manner and are appropriately logged on the complaints system and escalated
- Escalate complex complaints with the Customer Relations team in line with the Company complaints procedure
- Ensure that the customer requirements are met in a courteous, professional manner at all times
Are you a Certas Energy Sales Negotiator? We’re looking for you to have strong negotiation skills as well as confidence in your own ability. It is preferred that you have prior experience within a similar role with a proven ability to upsell and cross sell, while being resilient, persistent and tenacious in this target driven and results orientated position.
Any previous experience in using CODAS would also be beneficial.
