We are currently looking to for a Head of Operational Compliance – Internal Audit, to work within our Operations and Finance function, this is a full time permanent role, and will be field based with a UK Wide remit.
This role will be accountable for and manage the consistency of an internal audit framework designed to ensure the optimal delivery of Certas’ Core Operations function across the UK.  This is a senior appointment, reporting to the Operations Director, and will hold authority over internal audit methods, procedures and practices across a UK wide depot network and a fleet of over 900 vehicles. As a matrix managed post you will be required to work collaboratively with senior Finance partners as well as with your Operations peer group, to design and deliver the best fit internal audit solutions for the Certas culture.

We’re looking for:
•    Degree qualified in a general business subject with analytical subjects
•    High level of attention to detail
•    Demonstrable programme management skills
•    Consultancy experience would be beneficial
•    Financial acumen
•    Audit experience would be beneficial

•    Travel across the UK is intrinsic to this role
