Service Improvement Officer
Up to £31,092 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our offices on Preston Docks
What will you be doing in this role?
The Service Improvement Officer (SIO) will be supporting the team and guiding the organisation in delivering excellent customer service across all areas of the business.
Working as part of a small team, the SIO will gather and analyse insight, manage the organisations Complaints Process and support the organisation to identify improvement and implement change.

Working Arrangements
This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You will generally expected to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs.
