Community Gateway and Preston Vocational Centre are working as part of the Clarion partnership to create 9 Kickstart vacancies. These are 6 month placements for people aged between 16 and 24 years of age who have been on Universal Credit for 6 months.
If you are interested in any of these vacancies, please contact your Job Centre Work Coach in order to be considered. We CANNOT accept applications from you if you have not done so, and we have not received a referral letter from your job coach.

- Assistant Community Engagement Officer, Community Engagement team
- Employment and Skills Administrator, Community Engagement team
- General Admin Assistant, Income Management Team
- Administration Assistant, Preston Vocational Centre
We have other roles working in our Communities:
- Purple Pantry Assistant (working in our Moor Nook Central Community Hub)
- Assistant Grounds Maintenance Operatives (2), GreenCare Team
- Assistant Estates Service Operatives (2), GreenCare Team

You must be between 16 and 24 years old and on Universal Credit to apply and have been referred through your Work Coach. We will offer Employability support as part of your placement and give you opportunities to learn new skills. In exchange we are looking for people who will show they are committed to the scheme and want to learn and develop.
