Salary up to £29,290.00 per annum, dependant on experience
37 hours per week, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Welfare Benefit Officer to join a great team, working in a fast paced environment.
What will you be doing in this role?
The primary focus of this role is to help our customers access welfare benefits and grants and assist them along their benefit journey.
- Maximising income
- Improve financial stability
- Enable tenancy sustainment
What we need from you :
- Experience of providing welfare benefit advice
- Experience of submitting benefit appeals
- Excellent customer service skills
- A proven track record of meeting challenging targets
It would nice if you also had:
- Experience of using Quick Benefits Calculator
- Experience of attending benefit tribunals/advocacy
