What are we looking for?

We are currently hiring for a Nursing Operations Manager to join our Inpatients team on site at our 184 bed hospital in the heart of Belgravia.

In order to rise to this opportunity, you will have significant experience of senior nursing leadership and operational management. Naturally, you’ll be passionate and committed to both patients and our Caregivers. We want you to drive excellent clinical standards of care, a culture of patient and staff safety and continuous improvement.

What will your duties include?

•  The post holder will lead across CCL teams and actively influence and develop a culture of leadership, continuously improving patient experience, care and outcomes
•  Acts as an inspiring role model demonstrating effective leadership within a complex work environment
•  Ensure that nursing and clinical practice is in accordance with CCL Vision and goals 
•  Encourages a culture of shared accountability throughout the hospital
• Communicate with patients, families, communities, and other health professionals in a responsive and responsible manner that supports a team approach to maintaining health and treatment of disease
• Evaluates, develops and coordinates implementation and revision of core standards of care, policies and SOPs
• Supports the Lead NOM with ensuring supply, equipment and process standardisation is in accordance with CCL standards of care and practice
• Creates a climate of support and cooperation, a culture of shared accountability across the organisation

What we need from you?

​​​​​​​• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is required
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or Healthcare Administration is preferred
• Ability to speak and write in English is required.
• Current registration through Nursing & Midwifery Council (First Level) required
• No restrictions to practice on NMC record
• ALS Provider
• Safeguarding Level 3
