Reporting to the Credit Control Team leader, the Senior Credit Controller will support the optimisation of collection activities within the Revenue Cycle Team. In this hands-on role the duties are varied and will include developing strong customer relationships, reducing aged debt, cash collection/processing and dealing with queries. Acting as an ambassador, the Senior Credit Controller will have an enhanced level of responsibility to assist and mentor new and existing team members. 

What we need from you:

• Provide and maintain an efficient Credit Control and Cash Collection service within set guidelines. This involves the timely follow up of overdue debts and allocation of payments received
• Attend external meetings with Embassies and collating paperwork for these visits    
• Manage and collect Embassy, International and other group debts by following up payments in a timely manner
• Prepare monthly list of accounts for approval and assignment to external Collection Agency
• Monitor and ensure account queries are resolved in a timely manner
