The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. You'll become part of a friendly team who support three individuals to live in their own homes. Your main aim will be to give one to one support with all aspects of daily living, encouraging independence and help them to reach their goals and potential. Keeping to routines and guidelines is incredibly vital, so we are looking for people who will be bring an understanding of the importance of this.
You’ll also be part of a self-organised team, so you'll not only be involved in providing support, you'll also get the chance to be involved in other areas of running the team including rota planning, finance, medication, health and safety and recruitment.
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns usually fall into patterns of 0800-1615 hours or 1600-0815 hours (which includes sleepover).

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
