Our amazing #TeamInchbrae in Aberdeen are on the lookout for a new part-time *female colleague on a permanent part-time (12 hours) basis.
This post will involve working a waking night shift every Sunday from 2000-0800 hours. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an agreed standard waking night payment of £2.50 per hour.
You'll become part of a team who supports three ladies, all with various learning and physical disabilities to live in their own home. You'll feel right at home there! There's a lovely homely feel and they also have an amazing sensory room built in.
As part of our Waking Night team, your main aim will be to ensure that the ladies have access to support and assistance during the night if needed. In addition to providing support, your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of cleanliness, creating & maintaining our rota system, managing finance returns and administrative support.
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shift pattern for this role is Sunday 2000-0800 hours.
Although this is a waking night post, we will need you to have flexibility to attend mandatory training during the day, however, we will give you advanced notice of the dates and times.
