Our amazing #TeamDrum in Dunfermline are looking for a reliable and caring individual who is great at planning activities with great time-keeping skills to join them on a permanent basis. We also have relief opportunities available. Working on one of our relief contracts really gives you flexibility, you tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.
The great thing about this job is that no two days are ever the same. As a Support Worker you'll provide invaluable support to four ladies in their own shared home who are non-verbal and have different complex support needs. We are looking for someone out going and fun who will be fully involved in all activities the people we support enjoy.
Full personal care is required as well as paperwork required for the service.
The ladies, have a variety of interests, including watching football, car racing, going to the cinema and the zoo along with other outdoor activities. On the days with not such great weather, the ladies enjoy taking part in arts and crafts, baking and our house discos. As a Support Worker you will take an active interested in their hobbies and assist them to take part in activities both within the home and out in their local community.
You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need, we'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!
It would be great if you have a full UK, manual driving licence as the people we support have their own mobility cars, however this isn’t a deal breaker.

Our dedicated team provide tailored care 24/7, our shift patterns include mornings, afternoons, evening, 2pm - 10pm Sleepover 7am - 2pm and 10pm - 7am Waking Nights.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited along to virtual interview on Friday 3rd November. The successful candidate will then be invited along to a meet and greet with the ladies we support.
