Corps Security has new and exciting job opportunities for SIA licenced Security professionals. The role is based in Canary Wharf, East London Area.

We are looking for dedicated Contract Support Security Officers who has the flexibility to cover holidays/absences or any additional requirements.  Normal hours of work are 12hrs per shift, based days, nights and weekends.  Canary Wharf operates 24/7 and as a member of our professional team you will need to be reliable and flexible to support your colleagues and the client as required.

The main duties:

  • Managing access control for employees, visitors and contractors
  • Conducting Patrols of the of the premises
  • Dealing professionally with incidents and unexpected events
  • Maintaining records for auditing purposes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
  • Five years’ checkable history and references An SIA Door Supervision (DS) license is essential for this role
  • We will consider applications with a Security Guarding (SG) license and candidates will be provided with the necessary upskilling training.
