We are looking to recruit an Electrician to join our Property Services team. In this role you will carry out routine electrical repairs, electrical upgrades and new installation work, in both occupied and unoccupied domestic properties. Electrical Testing and Inspections will also form an important part of this role.
To be successful you will have a complete understanding of domestic installations and experience of undertaking repair and maintenance of residential properties. A City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent trade qualification in Electrical Engineering, along with a 17th Edition Electrical Regulation qualification is essential, with 18th Edition desirable.
You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and able to form positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. A basic level of IT skills is important, as the use of mobile devices is routine. A driving licence is essential. You will be required to participate in our standby rota which covers emergency out of hours, for which extra payment is made.
