We have recently increased the size of our development programme to an ambitious 875 new homes over the next 5 years and are looking for a Development Assistant to help deliver this.
In this role you will focus on providing comprehensive support to the team, which will include dealing with internal and external queries, collating audit files, minute taking, processing invoices and ensuring attribute data is up to date on our systems. You will also be involved with supporting the team with handovers and the sales process for new and older properties.
To be successful you will have previous experience of office administration and ideally some familiarity with development processes. You will be a quick learner, take initiative and work proactively in completing administrative duties. You will have the ability to learn in-house IT systems and be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
