In this role you'll:

  • Provide a high standard of organisational and administrative support to the home.
  • Prepare and issue regular Management Reports within the prescribed timescales.
  • Undertake ad-hoc work the Senior Managers Team i.e. minute taking at meetings etc.
  • Process receipt of monies against patients/residents accounts and record details.
  • Maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions
  • Process all payroll information on a weekly basis.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to all enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Setting up and managing personnel files along with the employee personnel database
  • Managing invoices and petty cash
  • Managing the recruitment onboarding process ie. Offer letters, contracts, references, DBS checks


We're looking for people who have:


  • Administration experience in a similar health care setting
  • Be flexible and prioritise workloads
  • Problem solving
  • Decision making
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Experience of dealing with a range of sensitive and confidential issues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure / when dealing with difficult situations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows and the internet
