Cygnet Health Care are excited to announce 2 new services opening January 2019!

Stoke – 78 & 86 Uttoexeter Road are 2 6 bed residential homes for adults with ASD/LD.
 

 

In this role you’ll:

  • Provide a high standard of organisational and administrative support to the hospital
  • Liaise with internal hospital departments and external parties as directed
  • Produce reports as required for medical compliance
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, using appropriate software packages, working to strict timescales and to a very high standard of accuracy, following correct Cygnet standards.  Documents include, tribunal/ hearing reports and Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) agenda and minutes.
  • Undertake ad-hoc work the Senior Managers Team i.e. minute taking at meetings etc.
  • Administering and keeping various records e.g. Consultants/ Doctors credentials.

 

We're looking for people who have:

  • Administration experience in a similar health care setting 
  • Previous line management experience
  • Experience of dealing with a range of sensitive and confidential issues 
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure / when dealing with difficult situations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows and the internet
