DGHP, part of Wheatley Group, Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management group, are currently looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join the business. We want candidates who excel in customer service and who are always striving to go above and beyond for customers.
This is an opportunity to join a highly motivated and experienced team who deliver a wide and varied range of services to our customers over the telephone. The primary role of the post is to provide a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Operating as part of a blended model between office and home, you will be required to respond to customer queries through a variety of channels but primarily over the telephone, ensuring that the query is fully resolved at the first point of contact or by referral to a specialist team.
The service focusses on providing advice and guidance on a wide range of tenancy matters including the delivery of the Rent First message and associated payment plans, diagnosing and ordering repairs, processing applications for changes to tenancies and informing customers of our policies and practices.
You must have experience in dealing with customers, be able to understand customer’s needs, have excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm and be a confident user of computer software.
