Encore Estate Management are looking for a Co-ordinator to join their Support Function. The team consists of a mix of IT and Operations specialists, who work collaboratively as one team to maintain all software and hardware across the business. This includes Qube, a property management software, which underpins the entire company’s operations. The team supports all of the Company’s office and site-based staff with end user IT and software requests, as well as diagnosing and resolving any reported issues.
Working alongside four other co-ordinators, this role will primarily be operational, focusing on providing 1st line Qube user support, data management, and ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. As the Support team manages the entire infrastructure of the business, there are regular tasks as part of this role which need to be completed on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure the data within our systems is accurate and business compliancy. However, this is an extremely varied role where no two days are the same and there is always something new to learn. A successful Support Co-ordinator has excellent administrative skills, a keen attention to detail and a questioning attitude.
It is vital that you are able to communicate in a confident manner across all levels of the business with both technical and non-technical staff and thrive under pressure. Their working style must be organised, thorough and process driven. They need to be able to use initiative and be confident in working independently on tasks. Excel skills must be intermediate as this is used daily.
