The overall purpose of this role is to maintain the quality standards of the development, keep communal areas clean and tidy and assist the Head Porter in providing an exceptional level of customer service to all residents.
The role includes general cleaning tasks, minor maintenance repairs, parking management, parcel and key handling and five star customer service.

This role is working shifts of 5 in 7, either 7am-4pm or 1pm-10pm Monday to Friday and on occasions expect to work on a Saturday 8am-2.30pm.
