Our Roles

Cyber Security (based in Preston) You will learn to use security tools and work with data to detect and prevent security threats facing the organisation. The programme will arm you with the knowledge and skills to protect us from real-world cyber threats, preventing digital disasters and ultimately stopping cybercrime.

Project Management (based in Manchester) You will gain both technical knowledge and relationship building skills needed to be a Project Manager. You will learn how to deliver a project from beginning to end, from having the first conversation, gathering information and preparing a business case to setting-up a project team and delivering the project successfully.

About You:

You will need the following skills and qualifications to start your career journey with us;

  • A minimum of Maths and English Language at GCSE (or equivalent) levels 4 - 9 or A* - C;

As well as one of the following -

  • Two A Levels A* - C (one must be in a STEM subject), or
  • A BTEC National Certificate Level 3 in a relevant subject (merit or distinction) 

We will also be looking for:

  • Working as part of a team;
  • An interest in driving forward your career;
  • Good IT skills, with a desire to learn and develop.
