Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support the development of our E learning platform for our staff.
As an E Learning Content Developer, you will be essential in the process of our training model that keep’s Wholetime and Retained operational personnel competent and up to date in their core disciplines.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative training packages and strategies whilst enhancing our policies. You will elevate the experience of our diverse audience. You’ll be at the forefront of empowering our staff and partner organisations with cutting-edge resources and knowledge.
Working on a range of large and ongoing projects, you will need determination and good time management skills to effectively co-ordinate resources and equipment, and work collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes on time.
This will be a hybrid role and we will discuss the working hours and working arrangements at interview.
You will be required to undertake a standard DBS check for this role.

DBS and Non-Police Personnel Vetting
All roles at East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service will be subject to either DBS checks (minimum standard level) or a Police vetting process (the latter for roles based at Joint Headquarters in Lewes). The check will take place for the preferred candidate at the end of the selection process, before a final offer of employment can be made.
