Are you resourceful, innovative, and experienced in IT?
If so, we are looking to take on an IT Systems administrator to work within our IT Team at our Head Office in Belper.
As an IT systems administrator you will work with the existing IT team to provide computer hardware and software support for all our colleagues and services. You will act as the first line of contact for incoming calls and IT queries; demonstrating a high level of customer care for our staff and services.
The role sits within a fast-paced office environment and you would be working cohesively with your IT team. You will be involved with the day-to-day processing of IT administration and working closely with the wider network to solve issues as and when they arise.
We are looking for a self-motivated team player with previous IT support experience, a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, energy and a methodical approach to technical tasks. You will operate within a customer focused IT Support team and take ownership of both support calls and some server administration.
Main responsibilities Include:
- Setting up new user logins and access for new members of staff
- Giving staff access to folders by changing permissions on the shared drives or giving access to group mailboxes
- General IT administration
- IT training and support to employees and provide necessary information as required
- IT systems support on key business applications
- Working with third party support providers to manage equipment requests and replace broken devices
- Setting up of company mobile phones and cloud-based telephony system
- Site visits as required to resolve IT/connectivity issues
- Administration of Office365, eMail and SharePoint
- Assist in developing and maintaining resources on the company intranet
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Documenting processes and ensuring knowledge is shared across the IT team
- Liaison with third party suppliers and contractor

Please note - This is a hybrid role based at the company’s Head Office in Milford with some days working from home. Flexibility is required.
