Job Description
We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy, on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be carrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

About You
- Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier’s ICE values
- Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service
- Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontier’s business
- Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times that where relevant all internal procedures are adhered to at all times
- The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision
- Full UK driving license + Category C driving licence are essential
- ADR & CPC are necessary for this role, however training can be provided for the right candidate
Your Role
As a Delivery Driver your role will involve:
- Correctly delivering a range of agricultural products to farm (manual handling will be required)
- Working with our office and stores teams to pick and plan your delivery routes
- All deliveries to be carried out in a safe and timely manner
- Conducting vehicle safety checks at the beginning of your day, and during the day to maintain safety and compliance
- Reporting any vehicle defects following company procedure
- Keeping your vehicle in a clean and tidy condition both inside and out
- Maintaining high standards of customer service whilst being the face of the company
- Flexibility with working hours during busy periods including overtime
- A strong focus on Health and Safety
- Assisting in all site’s operational areas outside of peak times
